I am a freelance composer and pianist. I graduated with honours from the Conservatory of Music in Genova, Italy, obtaining a Master's degree and specializing in piano interpretation with Professor Gisella Dapueto.
Later I carried out extensive studies of composition, instrumentation and orchestration, together with Moreno Donadel and with the help Cristiano Alberghini (www.cristianoalberghini.com), a Modern and Contemporary music composer from Bologna.
The composition now occupies most of my artistic energies: I public compositions, I create music for theatre, I participate to composing competitions, and I cooperate with a movie maker in Genova for some projects.

I writes for Theatre, and Movies. In this field, beside my formation as Musician, it also helps my formation as an Engineer: I am very involved in Live Electronic Music composition
Music is a kind of heritage of my grandfather, a great violinist.
Music is Freedom. I write music only for Passion, it is an inner need of my soul. My aim is a free, original, emotionally touching music, able to tune up with the listeners in the soul, in thought and in the experience of life, in an empathic magic.
I do believe in the power of melody and also I think human beings can not completely forget tonality, like they can not survive without the gravity strength. I studied composition on my own, in a free way, feeding my eclecticism with life experiences, and the personal study of Masters scores, because I was afraid of being influenced by school systems and insensitive teachers. My favourite composers are my masters. I am proudly a musician without labels.
My canone is instinct. I have no principles or writing systems. I remain faithful to the reality I perceive, expressing what I feel, what I like, what I choose. My musical references go from Bartòk, to Led Zeppelin, from Stravinsky to African polyrhythms, melted with italian melodic style. In my music there is some Jazz and Pop music influence as well.
